The Pallap Velocity Star is a smart choice for improving padel players who do not want to be boxed into either a defensive control racket or an unforgiving power racket. Its teardrop shape, medium EVA 30 core and 255–260mm balance give it a quick, connected feel in hand, making it especially useful in fast exchanges at the net and when switching from back-court defence into attack.
The SPINDRIVER 3D face adds extra bite for players who use spin to shape the point, while the 15K carbon construction gives the racket a more premium response than many standard intermediate models. It is not the softest option for beginners, and pure power players may prefer a more head-heavy diamond racket, but for versatile all-court padel, the Velocity Star offers a strong mix of speed, control, spin and attacking confidence.
- Weight: 355–360g, before cord/strap weight is added. Pallap notes that the cord adds around 8g to the finished racket feel.
